Eligibility

Education

• B.E. / B.Tech in:
  • Chemical Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
  • Electronics & Instrumentation (E&I)
  • Biotechnology
  • Biochemical Engineering

Experience

• 0–3 years
• Freshers are welcome to apply

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of industrial process plants
• Good communication and teamwork
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Eagerness to learn

Languages (Preferred)

• Hindi
• Telugu

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day Bio-CNG plant operations.
• Monitor biogas production and process parameters.
• Support preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Maintain plant logs and operational documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and SOPs.
• Coordinate with shift operators and supervisors.
• Support process optimisation initiatives.
• Monitor feedstock usage and inventory.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Monitor Bio-CNG plant operations under senior guidance.
• Record gas flow, methane purity, pressure, and temperature.
• Support anaerobic digestion, gas upgrading, compression, and storage.
• Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Maintain housekeeping and workplace safety.
• Prepare production logs, shift reports, and maintenance records.
• Participate in troubleshooting and process improvements.
• Follow HSE guidelines and statutory compliance.

Requirements

• B.E. / B.Tech in the specified disciplines.
• 0–3 years of experience (Freshers can apply).
• Basic understanding of process plants preferred.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Good communication skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
