Greater Chennai Corporation (GCC) has engaged Srinivas Waste Management Services Private Limited in Design Finance Built Operate and Transfer (DFBOT) basis under PPP mode. This envisages GCC's Zero Waste Management concept by utilizing the segregated Wet waste collected from Chennai Bulk Waste Generators to generate Bio-CNG and Organic Bio-Manure by Anaerobic Digestion process.
